5 Stars Great little problem solver
I purchased this rollator for my step-father, and from the moment I got it out of the box, I was glad I bought it. We have a good size home but because Roger isn’t that well co-ordinated the four wheel rollator was a bit awkward for him to manuver. This one is just perfect, plus it has the basket, the tray and a pouch, so he has room for lots of things that he wants to take from room to room.
The only drawback this product may have is that it might be too small for a larger person, they would definately be better off with the four wheel style. Both Roger and I would highly reccommmend this to anyone who needs a little help getting around, especially in tight spaces. It also folds and fits in the car easily.
3 Stars Bait and Switch
I purchased this item from Medical Supply 4U for use by my 88-year-old father. When it arrived, the handbrakes were not the loop locks as shown on the model on the web site. Instead, the rollator had very stiff straight locks that were required great effort for both my father and me to engage. A conversation with the Invacare tech department revealed that the model with the loop locks has been discontinued. After numerous calls to Medical Supply 4U and their promises to refund my payment–NONE of their promises have been fulfilled. It seems that I am stuck with a product that my father cannot use. I would never ever recommend this product nor the supplier.
4 Stars Great but incomplete
This is a great product for anyone needing assistance getting around. Being 3 wheeled it is very easy to navigate in tight places. I keep one in my car and have one in my house for daily use. I recently purchased this one for a friend and it has been very good for her to get around. The only PROBLEM is this one arrived without the bag that attaches. I emailed the company it was sent from but never received a reply. It really is a necessary part in making the rollator a complete 4 star product.
